On April 21st, NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri and our coalition partners along with Judge Debra and Congressman Russ Carnahan hosted a rally in Kirkwood Park to demand that Congress put PREVENTION FIRST in the wake of the Supreme Court Decision upholding the Federal Abortion Ban.
